Parking

Parking is limited on Family Day, and the best parking availability is along Glenferrie Road. TheÌýMonash Drive gates will be closed to vehicles, however they will be open for pedestrian access.

Other parking options include:

  • Boatshed gravel parkingÌý
  • Roadside parking along Morrison Street
  • Staff carpark on Morrison Street
  • Parking in surrounding streetsÌý(restrictions apply)
  • Junior School Oval via Gate 4 (near the corner of Fordholm andÌýCallantina Roads)

Volunteer Sign Ups

Parent Volunteers are essential to the success of Family Day. Volunteering is a great way to find out about the myriad of Clubs, Auxiliaries and Parent Associations at Scotch, and meet other parents with similar interests to yours and your son's. Please sign up to the time slot that suits you via the links below.

Please note all volunteers are required to hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) designating Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV as a volunteer organisation. PleaseÌýÌýfor more information, to apply for a WWCC or to add Scotch to an existing pass.

Junior School:

Junior School Parents Association BBQ Parent volunteers will cook, serve and sell egg and bacon rolls, sausages, samosas and hashbrowns.

Junior School Parents Association Coffee Cart Help place coffee orders for the barista and process payments for the JSPA Coffee Cart.

Junior School Parents Association Cake Stall Help receive and sell cakes for the Junior School cake stall.

Senior School:

Scotch Parents Association Coffee Van

Help take orders and payments for the coffee van. Each shift requires two volunteers, so find a friend and volunteer together for an hour.

Chaplains Prayer Support

The Littlejohn Chapel will be open to Scotch families from 9.00am to 2.00pm. Seeking volunteers to help our Chaplain and Prayer Support Group.

Scrum Club Stall (Rugby)

Join our fabulous rugby community in the Scrum Club tent, sell popcorn and help with the boys with rugby demonstrations.

Slam Dunk Club Stall (Basketball)

Help run the Slam Dunk Club stall, where we will be selling donuts and chips.

Second-Hand Book StoreÌý

Help the Library Auxiliary with the ever-popular book store. Every session will have at least one Library Auxiliary member rostered as well, so volunteers will be well supported.Ìý

Senior School Cake Stall

Volunteers can sign up to help receive the cakes from donors or sell them on the stall.

Pipes & Drums Auxiliary BBQ Volunteers will help cook, serve and sell egg and bacon rolls, sausages and burgers.Ìý

Serve & Volley Auxiliary (Tennis) Help the Tennis Auxiliary with its "serve speed" competition, either on the registration desk or on the court.

Music Auxiliary Volunteer at the Music Auxiliary's always popular Devonshire Tea, assisting with serving, taking orders and payment.
